The staff's demeanor was shockingly impolite, as if they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. Additionally, their insistence on outdated practices, such as requiring physical photocopies of ID proof, feels like a trip back to the Stone Age. It's disappointing to encounter such lack of professionalism and refusal to adapt to modern standards in this day and age. And in addition they dont provide home delivery. Absolutely dissatisfied with their service

Unfortunately no other option that have branches all over Kerala. Loading staffs are really careless, and throwing items without respecting their job. My consignment broken several times. Hope someone will start a good parcel company.

I sended a courier, When the time I sended the courier the responsible team didn't informed me to submit the further proofs. After that when the courier received by the particular courier service. The asking to submit the proof to give the courier to the particular person. Also they are asking me the charges for the return. Don't do this kind of things to people.
