WORST WORST PACKERS AND MOVERS. Don’t ever book them. Wish I could give negative stars. Worst packers and movers highly rated in google. Guess all these are paid fake reviews. 0% punctuality.. if you ask for a big container lorry, they will send smallest open tata ace. I asked them to come in the morning 6.30 but they came at noon 12pm. And they delivered the items next day. Whole night driver or owner no one picked up the phone. You won’t even know where your things are and if it’s still safe. Then they broke the TV unit. WORST WORST PACKERS AND MOVERS. Don’t ever book them.

I asked for compansation no response and asked to wait... I called after 2 months they are not picking up the call... Very worst behaviour and unprofessional... Highly not recommended to use. Waste of money and time, ending up with lot of pressure on delivery of goods. One of the worst behaviour is they never give a bill for the amount paid or contract signed. One of the horrible experiences with movement and commitment. They will charge you for single customer delivery but in actual condition, It won't be. Never fall for their fake commitments. "Promised pick up and delivery won't be honoured is their Motto". After all this again they will demand extra money post delivery as such they were on time for delivery.
Very worst pathetic aweful service. Dont even make an attempt to book them. We have booked them to shift our house within chennai. Infact its just nit even 1 km. Our new house is just 3 streets apart. They asked a hefty amount of 13000 which we agreed as we want to have good service without damaging the goods. They promised to come around 9 Am in the morning. But did not turn up. So around 10 AM we made a call and he promised will be in 10 mins. And trust me till 2 PM they did not turn up. When we called and asked, he was very rude and said not to bother them and they will return the advance. We are shifting from rented house to new own house. My mother has fixed an auspicious date to shift to new and this involves sentiment value. If you can't deliver your service pls dont accept the order. We are now seeing some local vendors to shift the house. The day is not too far that this company will go bankrupt and wind up.we have shifted 3 houses within chennai in my life span of 35 years. Till now we have never faced any issues while shifting its because we used to trust the local small vendors. Its our mistake that we went to professional company(not so professional). Pls dont beleive in their positive reviews. Just waiting for its doomsday which isnt too far.
Please avoid service from Thirumalai packers. Worst service nowadays. Initially they will commit the work for one price but in the middle of the packing they will stop all the work and start bargaining for double the amount to complete the work. That too movement was within a kilometre from old house to new house in Chennai, just 5 Min travel. Actually this our 2nd service with them. In 1st shifting within local they did perfectly without any query. In that mind we think about this packers & movers for the 2nd time but we made a blunder. For the second shifting through other districts they were made us totaly collapsed . *. *No time* perfection we told to come in morning but they reach evening 5 pm in tat only one person came for packing after that 2 came for packing that leads to 10 'o clock . We already informed the manager that we have a night train at 9.30 we missed it there is *no response* or any refund for their mistake. They came with their packing materials and packed everything good. And delivery also very good manner. When I received my things, just shocked there was no damages and cracks. Even my kid bike also delivered the same what we gave to packed. Because it's a long travel actually they packed my thing's from Erode, Salem and delivered to Hyderabad.
