Very bad Service
Initial experience was good. They gave us the boxes in advance which helped us pack before the moving day. They also delivered on time. However, they missed delivering 3 items and that's when the nightmare started. They stopped answering my calls, started giving excuses and what not. Finally, after 4 months 2 of the 3 missed items were delivered to Pune and I had to drive 20 kms to pick them up myself. The ordeal was finally over but I wouldn't recommend them for sheer lack of professionalism.
Worst packer and mover service ever possible! Highly unprofessional and dodgy experience. I wanted to move my brand new motorcycle from Gujarat to MP and these people instead of packing and loading it and transporting by truck, entirely drove my motorcycle all the way for 300kms!!! And for riding my motorcycle, they charged me 5k! When initially contacted, they had promised the they would pack my motorcycle under four layers of protection but when the my delivered it, there was no ounce of packing and instead the whole motorcycle was covered in dust and mud! The odometer reading showed a difference of 300kms which is how far the distance to be transported was! Please look for any other packer and mover even if they charge higher. Atleast your belongings would be safe and insured and you won’t have to go through the harrowing experience I had. Would not even rate one star if it was possible. Never ever recommended

I am posting this review little late. I should have posted it earlier. I was in Vadodara for 2 years and I shifted to Chennai as I was joining back with my family. Lalit Sharma- Concerned person from Vadodara was very nice and professional person. He had organised properly the pick up. He sent 2 persons for packing. Packing was very neatly done. I had packed some of my cartons already. They checked if it was proper and had again given a layer of cello tape for safety. My vehicle also was taken and I got the delivery in Chennai in 4 days. I reached Chennai on 5th September. I got the delivery on 9th September. Even in the pandemic, the delivery was so fast. Coming to price, all other packers and movers were saying above 15000 rupees. But, Shri Sai packers and Movers had shifted with little higher than 10k rupees for shifting from Baroda to Chennai. Vehicle and carton box delivery was door-to door. Thank You Shri Sai packers !!!!

I've recently shifted from Vadodara to Rajkot and my households are being shifted by Metro packers and movers. Shifting was very smoothe and lacking quality was superb. Staff is very experienced and because not a single item broke during Shifting. Excellent Work by Metro.
Metro Packers and Movers was a good choice for shifting our household from Vadodara to Indore. They gave us the best price and packing was done with decent material. Delivery was on time as committed and all major items were transported safely, except couple of plastic items which broke/cracked as they were not placed properly. One free advice to customers from our experience would be that please do proper labelling on all boxes and be vigilant when staff loads the stuff in vehicle. Some additional time spent there would save a lot of time and confusion later while unpacking. Overall, I recommend Metro Packers and Movers to all.

Writing a review almost after 1 year of using their services. While packing and loading was satisfactory, I am really unhappy the way they handled my bicycle. I specifically told them to do proper wrapping and handle it with care, The supervisor suggested that they will do it properly at their place but it was not done. I found many items damaged - specially my kids items. Event the fridge has dents. I did convey this and shared with Chetan. Though i was told to make repair locally and he will pay back - Not a good way of customer service. Never heard after that, Post sales is equally important for any business. Costed me around 3 thousand to get things repaired ! Recommended but check if you get better provider within same range or a bit higher !!
