These people took many of our utensils along with many of our liquor bottles and asked for extra 2000 in the middle of the packing. These people were after us to take back all the cartons back and asked us to unpack as quickly as possible which made arranging things delayed and then ghosted us and we had to keep the piles of cartons for many days until they came back to take . All of this happened in the distance of few kilometres. Don’t trust them and keep a close watch on their truck, they will misplace your items in between.

They do not only use the bubblewrap, they also use some cloth to make sure that electronics do not get damaged while shifting. They use two three different materials for proper packaging. However you have to keep watching them to check whether they wrap stuff properly because some of their workers do not wrap properly(for example some workers omit to use bubble wrap for some electronics..we had to tell these workers to do it properly) Also when they load and unload the stuff, you have to keep Watching them to make sure they load and unload carefully. Be sure to ask each and every question. Can u believe they sent a small tempo to shift my things and I had to run 3 times to send my things. Also, dining table, cabinets and dressing table were all dragged and their edges were all damaged (photo enclosed) Recommendation: Avoid this company

I booked them for packers and movers, the packaging was good but one the workers missed the screws of my double bed so they digged the iron nails to assemble my bed without telling me. After few days when I came to know then I complained the owner then there was no apology or compensation from their side. My one mobile phone is also missing. That was very disappointing. Choor hai ye loog. Stay away from these con men.. They stormed in to my house for packing and wanted to finish the job in hurry, ended up packing things without proper intimation and used cheap and torn cartoon boxes to just stuff the goods in it. Half way through the packing stuff they demanded additional 5k for the second trip. They ended up damaging my fridge with a huge dent, breaking my entire 3 door almirah and tarnished the staircase wall whilst offloading the stuff. There boss Pawan Sunda is not a man of his word, he made promises that the security deposit for the cartoon boxes would be refunded and will be picked up by his team, instead he is not answering the calls, and upon picking he response to refund was that he is in his village with no money and cannot return the refund till 22nd April. Their labor team were next level beggars (bhikari) kabhi sutta dilado to kabhi daaru ki bottle dedo, the team also ended up working drunk and did not do the job properly. It tool almost 12 days for my family to sort the mess they'd created. My suggestion never, never pick these people for your shifting, bade kamine loog hai.

Never consider them for shifting your stuff. They are utmost FRAUD guys. First they take full advance payment from you and commit to deliver items within a week and after that they will not pickup the call. Atleast you have to try 20-30 times continuously then they will pick and tell you nonsense. I got my stuff after complaining and registering a police complaint. Only then they shifted my stuff after 2 months.
Safe Home Packers and Movers were great. Rohini (Delhi) to Sonipat. They got ample amount of packing material, including bubble wrap and cling wrap. They did the packing of the appliances, almirah and shelves very well. Very cooperative and were able to navigate some tricky situation well. Scope of improvement: 1. Cartons should be of better quality. They can take extra charge if required for those customers who would like to retain the cartons. 2. Numbering of cartons should have been done. I thought it is an intracity shift, so they didn't do it. But numbering and providing a sheet with details of materials is important for professional movers.

Never hire them...they are fraud...they will take token money and then will not pick up the phone .they give you fake bill...the address on the bill is also fake. All the reviews written are also fake.I am going to Sue them and lodge fir against them The GST no they are using for business is also expired in 2019 .
