Poor Communication and Accountability: Aramex failed to provide my email ID to FedEx, instead opting for their own contact information. Consequently, vital correspondence from FedEx regarding customs issues went unanswered, extending the delays. I had sent a package from Mangalore to Australia, they gave a commitment that the package will reach within a week but it took almost 18days and after several calls and follow ups they delivered it and without any intimation they dropped the package at the door step.
