Worst service for overseas courier. No tracking information shared and worst customer service. Would definitely not recommend these services to anyone. Parcel was supposed to reach in 4 days and has not been delivered yet. I don’t even know when will it be delivered, on asking they want us to send the bill copy. Such a waste of time and resources. Definitely not recommend this service.
Very professional setup. You need to call them and arrange for pickup (wherein they’ll inform you of the rates of delivery, depending on the season/country) They’ll come to your home with - weighing scale and initial packaging material and then follow it up with additional layer of packing. You get provided with accurate tracking info, and these folks are very on point when comes to knowing about stuff which can be couriered and which can’t. All in all, I would highly recommend their professional service.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Chips International.. Worst to worst Customer Service ever.. If I could, I would rate it below 0 star. Useless delivery & customer care. Overall worst experience and i don’t recommend to anyone.. - These guys are utterly unprofessional. - bad customer service - Sent 77kg parcel from Baroda To Finland and they Promised to deliver parcel in 10-14 days and delivered after 30+ days. - Explanation provided - we can't control delivery. You should read our terms & coditions.. ( We asked that you promised us that parcel will be delivered in 10-14 days, at that time you could have told us that you can’t control delivery ) - And they say that the bill has been given, inside bill it is written that there is no guarantee of delivery time, did you not read it? ( I told them you should inform this before taking money, you give bill after the payment only, That should be common sense, right? ) - they answered we don’t have time to explain terms & conditions. - besides the staff even the superior not have manners how to talk. - Very big Disappointment. Avoid using this service. I repeat, never use this service.
I would have given 0 stars or even negative stars if allowed. Worst, arrogant and useless staff, especially Chintan in Vadodara Office and owner. Useless delivery & customer care. Overall worst experience and I don’t recommend to anyone.. These guys are utterly unprofessional. Sent 70kg parcel from Vadodara to Canada and they promised to deliver parcel in 10-14 days and delivered after 30+ days. Provided fake delivery dates and tracking. Proved them wrong with help of their own screenshots of tracking afterwards – Parcel never reached Canada before 1st week of March and I was told that it is in custom since 18 Feb. “You should be thankful that you are getting your parcel” – that is what Chintan from Vadodara office told me when he was proven to be a big fat liar. They will give false reasons of delayed flights and delay in custom which is not right at all. There was no delay in flights but they are bunch of liars. Very big Disappointment. Avoid using this service. I repeat, never use this service.
We had terrible experience with chips international courier service, we couriered parcel to USA through chips which was containing only food materials. They told us that it will reach there in 6 to 7 days and took all the charges and taxes. Despite our complete payment and warning that parcel contains food materials so make sure it reaches on time, they delivered the parcel to respective receivers on 15th day. By then all the food items were spoiled which means all the our money, time and food products got wasted. When contacted frequently, the owner was behaved very rude and made excuses. Didn't expected this from chips, very disappointing.
