Extremely disappointing service prover with zero sense of customer booking management. If I book a to and fro pickup and drop service on behalf of someone else from one place to another, they stop the cab after a certain distance of drive and ask the client to make payment on the spot without even informing me about the payment requirements. This is just one issu, they took the client and almost dropped it to a different destination than discussed. If you ask the driver, he says whatever his bhaiya told he did that. And, he left immediately after dropping the client to the destination without having any discussion with me. If you ask me, this is not even 3rd class service. It is shame on such tranport operators who don't know even ABC of transport operation.
