Worst ever I have heard in my life about this company.???????????? My mother along with 7 other ladies booked this agency for Sikkim internal travel and nothing was delivered as promised during booking. Pathetic services and the ladies were harrassed in terms of complaints made by them, car/taxi poor conditions, delay in schedule of tourists, misguidance, loose talks, etc by the company members. ???????? Remember all this misbehaving was done after complete payment, before which they were really nice to them so that they were bound to make the booking.???? After so much travel experience of this group, this was the first time they were so furious and angry at the services by this travel agency. SAY NO TO THIS AGENCY????????????????????
I feel even 1 star is more for this pathetic agency.. they will only respond nicely till the time you haven’t paid them anything. Once you do, you will realise how big of a mistake was to trust these greedy middlemen. They abuse the local Sikkimese behind their backs and harass the tourists for making payments or else their luggage won’t be released from the vehicle. Just wow!!

Rented two Thunderbird 350s for a North Sikkim trip. Got the relatively very new bikes in perfectly good condition. The bikes did very well and kept faith even in the inhospitable terrain enroute Gurudongmar Lake north of Lachen. Thanks to Avishek and team for readying everything on time and providing these two reliable bikes that helped us complete the trip safely.
Don't take car service from them, they are intermediatory & once you pay they will never pick your call. Driver will harrass you separatly so complete fraud.
