I ordered 5 AC from Divine Air. Initally they were prompt with the quote . After payment they took almost 2 weeks to deliver and this was after following up with their sales person Manoj who kept lying and giving stupid excuses. Finally they installed 3 AC , then they told me they had accidently delivered 1.5 Ton AC instead of 2 Tonne billed. Again I had a harrowing experience following up with them . After 1 week it was installed. The technician Ali who came to install it was unprofessional and didnt seem capable of doing his job. Then 15 days after installing , their Ali technician called me telling me not to switch on the AC saying theres some gas issue. Now its been a month following up with them to get it fixed. BTW its a new AC .
Superb service... I recently ordered a Mitsubishi 1.9 Ton Ac... It arrived before the committed date and was properly installed. A Supervisor accompanied the engineers to ensure that the work was done as per my requirements. Pricing are very competitive...
We bought AC's from them and they had been prompt with after sales services earlier. This month- October end/ November beginning I am a little disappointed with them. They came & serviced our AC's , but one AC has started leaking considerably after that. 3 days now... still waiting for them to take action :-( :-(
