Amazing service. The person at the counter went above and beyond. We enclosed a different item in our parcel by mistake and needed to pause the shipment after a few hours after dropping it, to update the contents. He helped us track it down in the warehouse so that we could do this. He even stayed late for this. Superb customer service!
DTDC owner Mr Panday was very concerned about his job . I courier my candidates passport to Hyderabad. Because of some technical issues it delayed. But Mr panday did his best to deliver my candidate passport on time . If it delay one day then my candidate will miss his flight towards Europe. So I highly appreciated his response n I will recommend everyone to take DTDC courier service from Boarda Goa .
I had been to this place to send a laptop and other accessories to Bangalore. The owner was very helpful and got all my items packed properly with multiple wraps and the delivery also happened without any issues. I was first unsure about this place looking at the reviews but after speaking to the owner, I got to know that, this place only sends parcel to other places. Any parcel that is received is not managed here. Received parcels should be collected from DTDC office behind MAX showroom. Overall it was good experience and my parcel was delivered safely.
