Used their service in Feb'24 and I had a great experience. Initially the driver who picked us up from the airport had a small accident with another car (not his fault). I called up the owner and he immidietly sent us a new car to our hotel within 15 mins. The rest of the trip was very smooth. Drivers are very polite and know their way around the city perfectly. They speak perfect hindi also so no problem with communication. Payment is a very smooth and hassle free process.
