I'm not sure why they have such a high rating. I hired them for moving, but I wasn't happy with their service. They kept giving me wrong information about my stuff. When we first talked about the job, they said it would cost 5000 rupees and take 2 days to finish. But: When they came to pick up my stuff, they told me I had to pay an extra 18% tax on the 5000 rupees, which they hadn't mentioned before to get the deal to show that they are cheaper. Instead of taking 2 days like they promised, it took them 5 days to deliver my things. I called them many times on the second day to ask about my delivery, but they didn't give me clear answers. They said they'd call me back, but they never did. After a while, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I had to stop because you charged me for packaging, but you didn't pack anything. I paid Rs.4900 in advance out of the Rs.6000 total. Only Rs.900 was left, and I gave 500 to your driver after deducting Rs.400. You used cello tape to pack my expensive blanket, leaving glue everywhere. Now I have to pay for dry cleaning. I'll make sure everyone knows about your work.
Worst service. I can't understand that how they have rating 4.5. They don't have value of their words. They took 15 days for delivering bike from Lucknow to Bhopal. Suggesting everyone, never take service from them.
Fedexfly is absolutely fake company , after picking up package they dont deliver product on time , and after few days they stop responding to messages and not picking call even , I got my fridge delivered after 30 days , they stopped responding to my call , so I took legal action went to Police station and gave this number, after taking to officer to buy 5 days time and assured to send in 5 days. They literally made me frustated. Also all reviews are fake dont belive on them

Update: It has been 4 months now and they have refused to send my stuff now. Highly disappointing and unreliable!! It has been 3 months and my stuff has still not been delivered. Everyone in the company keeps ignoring my calls and messages or give false promises. I am being asked to pay extra amount and my things are not being delivered even after agreeing to do so.
