Worst service experience ever… one suggestion: If you cannot deliver then dont give word to the customer for service…. It’s not joke… there can be some emergency thats why customer sent thier parcel through transport… You take money from customer more than anyone else in market and fail to deliver the parcel even at double time you have promised at time of booking.
Worst transport for transportation and too too too too too worst for doing transport job. No salary on time. A very poor and foolish management with out a knowledge of transportation. Don't keep faith on management for salary promise. There aim is to hire new employees and generate new business from them. Once business is generated by them they kick employees, and make them helpless. They continuously repeat this process. There is no marketing staff which has completed more than a year. Once it was the top transporter of India but New generation spoiled its name & Fame.
Worst service provider. They don't provide service to customer they harass customers. My goods have been transported from GPT. Unfortunately that vehicle meet with accident. It's been more than 5 months i haven't recieved my claim. They have taken full payment. They don't even give proper updates. Every day they are promising you will get the refund today. Never go for it.
Pathetic Service - Rude Staff - Expensive Don't give your stuff to such professionals or else you will get your stuff in a broken state. I have transported my bike from Pune to Kolhapur. When I get delivery petrol pipe is missing from my bike, Front Mudguard is broken, Handle cap is broken. because I can't start my bike from there warehouse, they have taken out other transported bike's petrol pipe and fixed into my bike in front of me. The next day, when I called to the customer care department, they are not willing to register also this incident + giving rude answers in bad language. They are bit expensive compare to there competitors because of the brand name but service is absolutely miserable
I really don't know what went wrong with me, that I have joined this company. It is almost 6 months now and I am waiting for my salary. When I was working at that time, I never got my salary on time. HR Manager Prashant and other HR Team don't answer my call and kept my nos in rejected list. **************Please I request you people don't join this company************
