Salesman, Michael, was very professional and understanding of what vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was helpful in negotiating a fair price and in answering all my questions. He had no problem with allowing me to take the vehicle to be inspected and test driven by my own personal mechanics. The only complaint I had was not being able to get what I considered to be a fair trade in value for the 2006 Honda Pilot I traded in. But in the end I felt I got an excellent deal. Very professional and helpful staff both in the sales and service department. We purchased our first custom built Volvo through the Volvo dealership in Metairie, and had a less than great experience. Giles Volvo has made up for that. Not only are their repairs quick, but their communication is amazing. If you’re in the market for a new car, Kreg will take care of you. He actually knows a lot about cars, compared to most sales people I’ve worked with in the past. Consider him a Volvo expert. I can’t wait to build my new SUV with him.
