It used to be good service earlier and we never had issues with them in the past. We really had a bad experience in the last service specially during the covid pandemic. They have opened the packets and the contents are taken out and repacked the packets and shipped them. Its not about the contents its about the way they have mis handled the packages during such a time and compromising the food hygiene. We tried to bring this to their notice over customer support but no response yet from them. Really disappointed by their service
