Very bad experience with them . Booked my car verna with them from faridabad to Pune . After taking advance they clearly mentioned that full payment to be done on receiving the vehicle in Pune. They said they have their own office in Pune . The timeline they gave was 5-7 days . Car was received in 15 days , kept giving bogus explanation. When they picked the car , they said the container is ready to leave as all the cars are there , while in reality after picking the car from our house , the car left 5-6 days from faridabad. To which they said they were waiting for more orders. If they did not have other orders they shouldn't have picked our car. Before starting they also said that we will give timely updates abt our car whereabouts, when asked they abt that they said the driver won't do it , as he is not our driver. When finally the car reached Pune, they asked us to make the full payment without even delivering our car. They said the driver will not move ahead without the payment, as it's a third party now and he wants his payment. So basically they did not have their branch in Pune . They gave our car to another company half way, and they wanted us to make the rest of the payment to them . We kept insisting let us atleast see our car and you can then give the car keys after the payment. They said the driver needs money for the petrol . Is there business working from just one payment? Even while the car was in Pune , they delivered to us after 2 days, that also after so much hassle. The drop was till our house, first they denied doing that, when we forced them then they said you have to now book a cab for the driver to go back to his place. When the pick and drop off are from the house , its not the customer's responsibility or at customers expense, the return of the driver. The driver gave the car key once we booked a cab for him which was another 800 rs. Received our car 7 days late from the promised date , we had a lot of travelling within those dates . Wasted our money in cabs and porter as we were moving to Pune . Then the hassle of dealing with 2,3 different point of contact. Kept giving fake timelines . After reading this msg they will say that it's a fake review , and show me a bill copy. The company name is saniya logistics, it's their company name for couriering cars .
Highly unprofessional people. Took the deposit from us and started ignoring calls. Had to rebook another movers. Bunch of idiots running a moving company. Please avoid these scammers and dont do business with them.
