Worst services ever... My bike got damaged while transportation and when I called their office for complaining, their response was like they are not having anything to do with that ... If they are not having any responsibility towards the goods they are carrying, why are we paying such a high amount for transportation, why can't we use railway for shifting bikes .. The main reason why we are depending on these courier service is because we want our bike or goods to be shifted without any damage .. but I can say in this case KRS is a big zero
Very bad experience with this office....I came for this office for parcel pickup but they told me office time 5.30pm.i stuck on in traffic so I request him just 10min for wait but they doesn't wait for me...I travelled for 35km for this journey that was very bad to me...I hate this office... The bill amount Rs. 213 but he demand 260, finally i give... Very bad office
