Max packers and movers worst service ever Please are fraud. People should not trust these kind of fraud transporters, they have broken most of my things and charged more than what committed. Please don’t book these packers for any intercity transport. These people are fraud the owner Rajkumar Chauhan, Manager Amar, Singh ji all are fraud, when I confronted problem they started abusing me. No one should take their service else you will be in problem. They behave very badly. Owner’s behaviour is horrible, before service they will be too sweet. Terrible bad experience. They are not ready to refund amount for broken items and missing items

I had done luggage package delivery from Kurla East to my residence in Kerala. within a week, the packages reached my destination without any hassles. No complaints and completely satisfied with their services.
Actually I don’t want to give even one star for their worst delivery but there is no option for that. This is the worst packaging services I have ever seen. They promise us to deliver in 3 to 4 days but they have delivered after 15 days that to with most of the items majority damaged. When asked the truck driver why it took so many days to deliver, he said that the consignment was given to him only before 3 days.But from the day one, when we are asking the manager about the delivery he used to say it will get delivered in one to 2 days and that too after repeated calls. Some days they have not even responded to calls.Everything got damaged, the kitchen items like cookers, pans, glass items are greatly damaged which we could not use. Major damages has been to fridge, bike, antique items worth thousands , suitcases got damaged which are broken badly and some items which are beyond repair. Even the chappals ( crocs)got teared, I am not able to understand how much pressure they had put on that. Due to transferable job we used to shift for every two years and we are used for the packaging services, but this is the first time in our life we are experiencing this. When asked the manager about this, he said he will get back to us but nothing happened and answered very rudely that it was too late to complain. But when we asked it’s late because you have delivered late, he cut the call and never came back. We are uploading few of the pics . My sincere request to everyone please don’t opt for this. And to the Max Packers and movers, my sincere request please don’t play with the feelings and emotions of the customers as there will be lot of memories attached with the things and because of you I have lost my valuable memories which I can not get back.
