Pathetic service, I purchased IFB AC ONLINE, these guys were given the responsibility of installation. They sent a local illiterate guy who installed the AC below the water outlet level, now water falls in the living room. I registered complain, now they don't pick up the phone and no response
The best AC service I have ever experienced! While other service providers and even the manufacturer (Sharp) couldn't fix the issue with my AC, the Neelkanth team solved the long-standing problem within an hour. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend their services! The owner was extremely polite and helpful, providing me with all the necessary guidance over the phone.
Worst service franchise. Call not receiving or rejecting it. Asked to WhatsApp but no answer to that. Won't buy Daikin ac in future also. 3rd class service
Let me give the whole story: I purchased AC online, and these guys were given the installation responsibility. Height of their untrained, unqualified technicians 1- They took 5 hours to install the outdoor and indoor units, where the copper piping was already installed. They arrived around 2:30 pm and somehow completed even after water falling in the living room, passing the buck on interior problem. The fellow was unable to figure out the problem. They cut the connecting drain pipe very short and just inserted in the concealed pipe from there the water was leaking. 2- I put the complain to IFB. After rigorous attempt to get them (their usual trick not to pick the phone calls) they sent a third guy equally incompetent. their comment is NOTHING IS FREE IN 2024 You did nothing free and I did not expect anything free. My expectation was only proper successful installation of my AC. By the way I paid: 1- INR 1200 for installation plus 2- INR 500 for joining the pipe. Total fitting charges I700. Then also a leaking fitting. When I complained again they say the indoor unit will require a refitting at little more height with another charge of INR 1200, that is where I protested, why should I pay again. In response, my complain was dumped and recieved a rude reply on my genuine review. That poor guy told that he will get only 400 out of installation charges. Then I realised actual reason for their demotivations and poor quality work. Keep such work. My best wishes.
We had a fantastic experience with Neelkhanth Cool for my AC servicing needs. Their technicians were prompt, courteous, and thorough in their work. Not only did they fix the issue with my AC efficiently, but they also provided helpful tips for maintaining its performance. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend Neelkhanth Cool to others in need of AC maintenance.
