Highly impressed by the way things were handled right from the time I contacted Pulpit through Whatsapp by looking up his number online, having no prior reference or contact with them, until the very end of our 3 day trip of Kerala which was new place for us to explore. The pricing was quite reasonable and the vehicle condition was very good, along with courteous and well mannered drivers who could speak in Hindi as well as English fluently. The service was very professional and Pulpit was also staying in touch with me regularly during the trip to seek regular feedback on the trip and our satisfaction. I am always able to get a ride quickly, which means a lot when I am going to or from work. The majority of the drivers keep clean, fresh smelling vehicles. Some even play soothing music which is nice after a long day caring for patients. Some drivers talk about their experiences and families while others sense when I just need to close my eyes and enjoy the quiet. I love using Pulpit on a daily basis.
