I had very bad experience with Raheja QBE. I have brought my car due to some minor accident on 20 May to its authorised service centre and manager has obtained all necessary documents and promised that by 25th I will get my vehicle. The surveyor took more than one week to approve the repair. Finally after so many follow up I got my car on 4th June after repair. As I am having nil depreciation bumper to bumper insurance and my liability is just 2K still I was forced to pay more amount for the total claim amount of 8k.
Raheja QBE is a good insurance company. My case was related to windshield damage. With very few simple steps of intimation and registering the claims, was able to get the claim with in 4-5 days. Mr. Pragalthan from Raheja was very helpful in all the stages of the insurance process. I received the claim amount within the stipulated time period. Excellent service and coverage from the Insurance provider, guided claim process and settlement. Highly Recommended ????
I am utterly dismayed by the service provided by Raheja QBE General Insurance. After my vehicle was involved in an accident, I submitted a claim for INR 90,000 which got approved. After the work done on the car they rejected the claim. Not only did the initial settlement offer of INR 65,000 come after repeated follow-ups, but it was also grossly inadequate, undervalued by INR 25,000 from my initial claim. Despite further discussions, the settlement was reluctantly raised to INR 72,000—still leaving an unacceptable shortfall of INR 18,000. What's worse, their customer service has been nothing short of negligent. After submitting a formal complaint, I was promised a resolution by a specific deadline, which they missed without the slightest courtesy of an update. This lack of professionalism and transparency is appalling. I expected far better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. This experience has not only caused financial strain but has also eroded my trust in Raheja QBE. They have shown a complete disregard for ethical customer service standards. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this dismal performance before choosing their insurance provider.
Very bad service. Asking same details again and again. Also they do low premium mediclaim without informing co pay and other deductions to be deducted from future claim amount. They give and collect two years medical premium in advance but service is totally shameless. They sell there product through Policybazaar which is also involved in just giving high claims at the time of taking policy. They also never inform full facts. Noth worth to take policy from either of them.
I have had a very poor experience with my car claim. Even though I have a bumper-to-bumper zero depreciation policy, no surveyor was appointed, Mr.Jatan Singh acted as judge, jury and executioner, and disallowed most of my claim for no valid reason, and I had to pay almost the whole amount of bill myself.
