They are totally fraud, I have called them for repairing of my ac, next day they taken out indoor unit and promised to repair in next day. But then they were not answering the phone calls, they disconnected the calls. After 20 calls they picked and lied that ac has been repaired will fix within 1 hr. Totally bahut statement. And then again they started ignoring the phone calls. When I said I will file FIR against u, then they came back with the ac without repairing. They hv broken the ac's copper pipe also. They just wasted my time and my patience also. They don't know even how to talk. Be safe, dont give ur ac to these people for repairing.
They are totally fraud service provider. They serviced my AC and filled the gas with promise that the AC will work properly for atleast one year and if any fault comes before one year they will rectify. The AC has stopped working within a week and now they are not attending the problem and even they are not picking the phone call. They are number one fraud and cheater.
Previously they were doing best quality repair jobs but now a days they are not attending the repair jobs properly. If same problem again appears after few days of their services, then they don't respond. Only making money by cheating.
They send novice guy, who doesn’t have much knowledge. They don’t prefer to set outdoor on stand. They lie that they don’t have faans & screw to create stand for outdoor. They don’t carry extra wires if needed. They were liars. It was my mistake I booked for them for installation as I saw they are good rated by google. That are all fake. After installation, water is coming from indoor unit. They have not fixed switch board. Totally not satisfied. Idiots.
