Very poor service. They delivered my bike in scrap condition. Very improper packing and DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE, as they will not pick your calls later. I've been trying to call them for 10 days now and no one picks up. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. They also keep asking for money in every stage of your moving. Ended up paying 10-15% in extra undocumented payments. Don't not recommended at all. They say it's door to door, but it's just a scam. It's upto you to find a ramp to unload at your destination. They even charges extra for door to door. Extremely unsatisfied with their service.
Very poor service and communication gap between the company. We hired them for our professional goods delivery within the state (March 2024) but they could hardly do any justice with it. We were been informed about their door-to-door delivery but instead they just randomly dropped our valuable goods outside a tea stall and because of that we lost two of our goods worth Rs.10,000/- When we asked them for the explanation they stopped receiving our calls also the owner's behavior was very rude towards us. We are a professional organization serving in entire North-East India and we would never recommend there services to any other commercial organization.
Unprofessional/ liars / disrespectful /fraudsters!!! BEWARE!!! The worse customer support and no sense of responsibility on part of the owner(Mr. Pankaj, don’t know if that’s his real name or if he is actually the owner). Fyi long post below: Long story short I had transported my car(brand new) from Guwahati to Bangalore, I was promised(multiple times) delivery of my car within 6-7 days of handing over my car.. which is too good to be true so I had considered 10 days for delivery(for the sake of benefit of doubt).. I had a time constraint as I was travelling abroad so I was very specific on the last day of delivery and in no case could I extend!!! But as unprofessional as Mr. Pankaj can be he kept lying to me constantly and eventually started ignoring my calls(I know this coz he answered when I called him from another phone no.) Worst of all I didn’t even get my car delivered in Bangalore… I had to travel to Hyderabad and then drove my car down to Bangalore!!! And next day I had to fly out to Mumbai… it was super hectic and stressful!!! I would never recommend them to my enemies too… All the lying and giving false information and also one of his clerks asking for a tip if he can get my car delivered early(almost extortion types) For reference, I had given my car to them on 19th April 2024.. they promised delivery on 26th April 2024.. I wasn’t that worried till 30th April 2024.. I had to travel on 4th May 2024.. The truck arrived Hyderabad on 3rd May late evening!!! I travelled to Hyderabad on 2nd May 2024 late evening and collected my car next day and drove for non stop 580 kms … Also they charged me much higher than other transport companies… With all this while dealing with the truck company owner(not rhino) I realised rhino packers and movers are just middle men and there are other middle men too involved.. if u ever plan to send your anywhere else in India get in touch with the truck companies directly!!! FYI.. they actually loaded my car into the truck on 24th April 2024(information directly got from the truck diver)
Scammers, will surely scam you of money. They does not send your package safely. Worst. Staff behaviour very bad. They will ask for more money after you pay original amount. They doesnt even offload your things.
Fraud company careless Do not take proper care of your products. And ask for money after you pay full amount. Very bad with money.. And they didn't give my money back that I payed extra.. Now they don't receive my calls. Also damage my product.
