Drivers not having knowledge about Google map. I booked 2.45 am cab before one day. But driver came at 3.15am. He didn't know our address exactly. I also new to that mkr stay home. I send many time location. But no use. Thank god ,because cab and train both late at that time
Every time I am feeling better and safe travels, driver's are God they are responsible person's.
Ride experience depends on the driver on gears. But as a company they charhe something like empty charges if the pickup is away from erode city limit but the driver is actually available somewhere near the pickup location. And they even charge from the drop location to erode but actually the driver picks the next ride nearby. We kinda feel fooled by this approach. Even redtaxi does the same.
