i have had a pathetic experience with this company. i assigned them my goods to pack and move from pune to goa. they did not inform me on time when they shipped my goods. after me following up with them they shared the docket no. of the shipment. after receiving the goods in goa my microwave was completely damaged and unusable. after raising a complaint with the concerned person who was handling my case ms. priyanka from shiftme team told me that she has raised the issue to seniors. now after a lot of follow up and exchange of angry words at 6th day i get the seniors no. mr. rahul. i requested him to compensate the repair cost to which he immediately said i will pay you half of the demanded money and to which i said it is unacceptable. after that i told him to rethink on it and get back to me. neither did he respond nor did this colleagues. the moment they took full advance payment it become my headache to keep a track of my goods. when i received it this was the case. even after clearly informing the packing team to pack with extra foam and bubble wrap they did not do as requested. the packing team was even asked to put a fragile tag on 2 of the boxes but they did not put any tag. this company is totally unprofessional and i will never recommend them to anybody. ps: they offer insurance for the goods but they will not talk or inform you about it at all.
Used Shift me services for moving ,very helpful team and owner. Everything was very well managed and furniture glass items were packed and set up to my new place. Had some issues with fitting but on requesting the owner they resent the carpenter to fix . I would recommend them for anyone moving as it was very convenient
I had to shift amidst the pandemic..very scary task since I have elderlies at home. After reviewing many companies, I liked the professionalism shown by Roshan, who’s part of ShiftMe.in team. He gave me a clear quote and promised the date. On the day of actual shifting, the packer and mover team was polite and extremely helpful. They took proper precautions of sanitisation. The whole experience was very swift. Only reason I have deducted one star- whilst the quote was given, it was not mentioned that the cardboard boxes weren’t included in it. I ended up paying for them after I reached destination. But all in all: Good Job team Shiftme.in!
Customer support is good but packing and movement is pathetic. 1) in normal furniture they would try to arrange carpenter but they do offline arrangements so that shiftme managers would not be aware. They tried to make extra 2k from me in the name of carpenter and thanks to customer support who helped me to retrieve this extra money. 2) they will start saying "lot of items so we require another vehicle" but whenever u say will contact customer support then they dont say anything 3) New Refrigeration got damaged. Refer pic 4) who uses permanent marker in cupboard door, now it is not going away. Refer pic 5) direct cello tape used (without bubble wrap) in furniture, left spot in new furniture. Overall customer support is good but the ground staffs are pathetic.
Fraud Alert!!! Do not believe this company for any shifting, especially for domestic intercity shift. > Worst quality packing > Worst package handling > They do not pay for the damage, Do not fall for the insurance they will ask you to take but you can not claim for your damage or missing item, it's just an eye-wash to take out more money from you. > There agent Deepali (Hyderabad), who directly talk to customer, most of the, time she will mislead you and part of the fraud team. > For any damage, they will always refer to a "Sir" who is most of the time "Out of India" ????, part of their scam team! > You will receive your things with missing item, but surprisingly count will be same, on top of that, they will offer after 2 months (left at old apartment loading area, after 2 months they are asking to deliver missing item, but already I bought) to take your thing back OR never! So, DO NOT FALL for ShiftMe scam. Spent 3-5K extra, find others, but not this s**kers!! I wold request @MyGate to unlist them, please do not suggest mygate user this Packer and Movers company. Reply: I gave a lot of time to Dipali and want to do it in a civil way! She is keep telling lie or her "Sir", did not return from abroad. She told that, it will be resolved Tuesday (2/3 weeks back from today), but zero resolution. Yes, I gave 31K based on my damage, gave a detailed list of damage item because I took I surance. I am posting here more photos, you check it yourself.
