Sriram insurance company Jaipur gives us a coupon And then they call us that u r selected for free gift items (that is free of cost and no other hidden T &C ,what they told on call)And Ask us to come to their office but when we get there they are Forcing us to Attend their presentation which was 1 hour long and they want us/Others to sign a form that tells that we are attending the presentation on our/others free will. But without attending presentation they didn’t give the free gifts So basically its a fraud and in their presentation they persuade people to buy their insurance policy.
Overall, my experience with Shriram General Insurance located at GT was average. While their staff is quite young, which can bring fresh perspectives, I noticed instances where employees were found outside the entry gate indulging in activities like smoking and having tea breaks. This gave a slightly unprofessional impression and could be improved upon for a more professional atmosphere.
1. Extremely poor claim settlement ratio, they find excuses to not approve claims 2. very delayed processing of claims, took us 3 weeks to get car repaired, whilst they denied processing 2/3rd of the accidental damage 3. Extremely unprofessional staff, no updates from their end, everytime we had to call and ask them or the assessment person or the company from where we took sriram general insurance.
