I visited during holy week and only limited staffs were present at office. The manager over there was very helpful and guided through the process. Staffs are keen and knowledgeable. Visited to have some updates on account and was done smoothly. Highly recommended for all policy and insurance related services.
Office working hours mentioned is till 5pm.No phone number to contact. Only strike posters posted all over the place. 2 july2021 2 pm office was shut.
