Insurance transfer is just insurance transfer they ask for car inspection and they also trouble customers to get photocopies of documents which can be done by them. If anyone is using this company insurance then avoid mapusa goa branch as it's located in internal city road where you will not find parking. If any employees are reading this review then kindly enlighten me why vehicles inspection is needed when I have valid insurance and I have not claimed.
I've been with United India Insurance for several years now and made 2 claims on my car and 2 on my bike over the years. I've never had any issue with them. My most recent claim needed special attention considering I have a CBR 650f which has the closest service centre at Bangalore. The branch manager Mr. Sigmi very helpfully sorted out all the logistical issues so I could get the entire claim process resolved in Goa. The surveyor Mr. B S Kamat approved all the damaged parts without a fuss. And Angela got all my paperwork done and ensured that the money was in my account in less than two weeks after submitting the bills. The entire staff has been very helpful and the whole experience entirely stress free.
???? yeah the staff do work in slow-mo here, old school way of getting things done. Not much done digitally. It does take time to get things done here so do go there once all your important work in done.
Totally bakwas insurance. Please don't go for it. They don't pay you full amount even though nil depreciation. Their surveyor also not good. No manners to talk and being rude to you all time. You have to do up and down a lots. Got my payment almost after a months of submitting the bills.
Step back into time , it's void of gravitational forces, be prepared for time dilation. Affordable to the pocket. Must bring Cash Only.
