I have booked taxi for Nepal trip of 5 days for kathmandu and pokhra. While coming back from pokhra we thought to visit lumbini 17 kms from india nepal border, so we visited there. When the journey got over I paid the agreed amount to the owner (up53), however, he unfairly charge 2000 rs extra for just 34 kms ( bhairwa to lumbini and back). We stayed there for hardly about 2 hours for which he charged 2000 rs extra on us. However, Driver was very polite and understanding. I told him the entire scenario that for just 34 kms 2000 rs is not justified and he agreed to which i paid him rs 500 extra. Overall, our trip was very nice, driver bhaiya was extremely helpful, polite and understanding. I am cutting 1 star only because of asking extra amount of Rs 2000 for 34 kms which was completely not justified, if he has charged fair amount i would have given him 5 stars.
Worst car service this man is totally irresponsible for time and duty . I suggest don't take ride from this at any worse case
The owner is very polite and the driver was well mannered and very helpful. "Vishal" (driver) has an excellent driving skill. Car was neat and clean and was sanitized properly. Overall i am satisfied with the services they provide. I highly recommend this Taxi Service.
