I took their gas filling service and noticed that they charged a higher price. After the service, I felt they were charging more about the cost and decided to inquire about the price for a complete gas filling. I sent the model of my AC to another technician and confirmed that they had indeed overcharged me. To my surprise, only one person came to our house to fix the AC, without any helper. This meant we had to assist him while he was on the ladder. What's even more frustrating is that this technician seemed inconsistent with his statements. He would say something initially, but later deny having said it. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite their high ratings, my actual experience with their service was quite different. In response to your reply: I called on the number which I got from the same google page where I am writing the review and you have sent the technician. So I am pretty sure I took services from you. I spoke to the technician on the same day and he is not able to solve my problem. Now after around 8 months of taking your service how will you help me in resolving the issue. To clarify I am not your competitor, I am truly a customer who took the services. You can check my other reviews If I am a competitor I would have posted reviews in the same way for other AC service businessess which I haven't hope this clarifies.
