We looked at several bike rental operators in the area, wanting 2 decent bikes for our 8 day journey into the Kerela mountains. The owner of this shop was honest and communicated well. Prices at every shop seems similar. The 2 bikes we rented (Enfield Classic 350cc, and a Honda 350cc) were both less than 1 year old and in very good condition. We had a great time and were very appreciative to hire such good machines.
Rented a 125cc bike for four days here. Was a bit old and scratched, just like the helmets, but all worked well. I prefer something used so any potential additional scratch doesn’t jump out.. clear rules on the big blue white board behind the desk. No paperwork given so take a picture of that board to remember the rules. Guy is uncomplicated and practical: good experience overall and Munnar by bike is really a mesmerising experience.
Booked a Himalayan for 2 days. Bike's Condition was good. With mobile holder and saddle stays. Hassle free booking, payment and Deposit Refund. Helmet options can be improved. Owner Mr. Pius was very helpfull and provides some Suggestions as well. I would certainly recommend renting the bike from here.

We had a great experience! We hired 2 bikes (an Enfield Classic and a Honda) for 7 days, which we were able to extend to 9 days without hassle. The bikes were both pretty new with under 10k kms on the clock, and were well maintained, we had no issues. The owner and his assistant were both very nice and helpful. They stored some stuff for us for the duration of the trip, no issues. Would recommend.
I rented a Royal Enfield 350 classic bike for a trip through Kerala from Arafath. The bike performed exceptionally well through the streets of Kochi, hills of Munnar and the coastal roads of Varkala. There were no issues whatsoever. Plus, Arafath and Shiva are great guys. There were always available before and after the booking. I can recommend the Arafath's service to anyone looking to rent a bike. Great guy, great bike and an Overall great experience. Safe travels
Process to get bike was seamless. They will take your details and keep original ID - PAN card or Aadhar until you return the bike. We got bike for ₹500 for 12.30pm to 8pm but the bike condition was BAD, it was our mistake to not check the bike being given before renting. Be aware that you have to fill petrol in the bike (we filled ₹100 worth fuel), this they informed after we gave full payment which is wrong on their part, should inform the customer beforehand. Hence the 2 star rating. Photos of bike attached. Reply to owner: I'm glad that you used such language in your review. Shows your real character and how you treat your customers. - "Hi Glenn without collecting your details how its possible to give my scooter to u, worth of 40 thousand rupees scooter without collecting any original id how its possible to give u" : I literally said the process to get the bike was seamless. Please check the dictionary meaning of 'seamless'. Of course, anyone would take ID details, this is the norm everywhere. I DID NOT EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS PART LOL. Just mentioned this so it would be helpful for others. - "before doing the paper my staff showed the scooter u told this is ok then only we do the process" - FYI to the ppl reading this, THIS IS A LIE! They did not show us the scooter, the guy got another scooter which was parked a bit further away while the scooter parked in front of the shop was in good condition. Now, I have admitted this in my review that it was MY MISTAKE to not ask to check the bike, but you saying that you showed us the actual bike is an absolute lie. - "u taken the scooter at 12.30 pm if its bad why cant u return the scooter within 10 mins we will refund the money immediately" - You never mentioned this at all while renting. But yes, you're right we would have done this, had we known. Again, my bad. - "scooter delivery time we informed u 1 liter petrol already there" - Again, ABSOLUTELY A BIG LIE HERE. You told us, only reserve fuel is there and you told us to go to the petrol pump around 800m distance from your shop and fill fuel. If fuel was already there, why would we fill more? We did it because you told us to. Also, your fuel indicator was not working so there was no way of knowing how much fuel is there. - "next same scooter some other guest used they given 5 star rating" - Based on your lies, I can easily assume this is a lie too. The photos of the condition of the scooter taken from you is attached. So there is proof of everything. It is up to the customer to decide whom to believe. Also changing from 2-star to 1-star because of your last statement.
I rented Himalayan BS6 2023 model from Arafath recently and the bike quality was top notch and was it Mint condition. Drove it for around 750 kms, apart from minor issues, didn't have any challenge and enjoyed the ride throughout that too with 2 people and 2 luggages worth of load in one bike. Definitely recommended to use this as the rates are also pretty reasonable for the ride quality.
Perfect experience. We hired 5 royal Enfield for a diy tour of Kerala and Tamil Nadu in sept ‘23. Had a mix of 350s and 500s. Pleasure to ride, saw is through 1250km of riding through mountains, tea plantations and coast. Lovely bloke too. 5 large stars
Bike (Himalayan) was in perfect condition. Rental was easy and uncomplicated, friendly contact through WhatsApp and in person. All papers were provided. Price was fair (7k for 5 days) and included 150km a day which was more than enough to do a roundtrip around munnar, thekkady and alleppey. 10/10 would recommend to rent a bike there
