Wanted to share my recent experience collaborating with Riyas and the services from Smart taxi. My parents and my kids( plus my brother's kids) were planning a trip to Jatayu earth center and few famous temples in South India for a long time and finally my father came up with a meticulous plan for 5 days covering kochi, Tiruchendur, rameshwaram, Thanjavur, madurai and back to our home town mahe in North Kerala. The entire round trip was coming to 2000km and given the fact that my parents are in their early seventies ( mom is 68 though!); my highest priority was a hassle free journey in a comfortable vehicle with a super skilled driver. We were contemplating on tempo traveller , however one of my good friends introduced me to Riyas and the Force urbania 13 seater. I must admit Riyas was very professional in understanding my requirements and I guess he appointed his best driver for our trip. Jamsheer ( Jamshi) actually exceeded our expectations and he took care of us through out the trip as a good companion and a friend. His driving skills were good and we never had a 'concerning moment' on the road. His dealings with all of us, especially with my notorious young kiddos were so pleasant and refreshing to see. He ensured my mom and dad had a nice peaceful relaxing time inside the vehicle and took care of them so well. We were a team of 9 including my wife and another family friend and we all are happy to give a 10 on 10 for Jamshi. Lastly, on Force urbania, what a machine! Force is redefining comfort and luxury in this segment. Most of the time, I was sitting in the last row and i never felt tired or lethargic. No body rolling and overall a great experience. Worst service. Had booked the taxi to guruvayur from thrissur and they promised 3 temples along with 4 hrs for 2200rs. As expected, evening darshanam at guruvayur got delayed and could cover only guruvayur. As promised the owner should have take us to the next 3 temples in the morning, but he was money minded and charged 1900 only for this trip. Ended in a clash and settled for 1300 as we didn't want to make the scene worse after Darshanam.

I booked a trip to Mysore with my family.Had asked for experienced driver ,(who was atleast 30+,)for which the owner himself had come . The ride was extremly comfortable. The drivers stay at the place we were staying was not so good, so I offered him that book an alternate stay for him ,which he denied and slept in the car for 3 days . All 3 days when we were at Mysore he was of great help and the trip was extremly enjoyable. I had enquired rates with some other drivers too, he was the cheapest in terms of money ,but cheapness didnt creep into class of vehicle or service. It was a great ride .

We had a requirement to reach thrissur railway station at 5am and my wife is carrying so we are concerned on transportation option and not comfy with auto. So while searching taxi services we got in touch with Bijo chettan. Was sharp dot on time committed to reach our apartment at 4:30 and drove very comfortably. Price were reasonably charged for the early time and convenience .Highly recommended.????

One of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I can see a lot of arrogance. Doesn't has any respect to the customers. But i have the call recording that happened with your official number from my personal number. And it has how rude you guys spoke to me for just enquiring for the cab. You have no right to say this. I used laba taxi service recently to guruvayoor. Excellent service. Driver was on time. Cab details was sent to my what's up number in advance,no follow ups. Rajit Kumar sir was very clear in his communications . Booking was immediately confirmed through what's up with contact details of taxi service.
