At the peak time of May 2023, I was not able to spot any single travel agency which satisfied me with their prices, itinerary, taxi and support. But after talking to him on call I got myself to the bus stand to meet him at his office. He planned our delightful Yatra very delightfully with our Yatra registrations, taxi, foods and stays. I booked a bigger car for comfort but got a poor conditioned car with broken seats and smelly interior. We had to spray everytime we entered the car because it smelt really bad. The seat was tied by the cloth rope.we decided to cut short our trip but then they decided to charge us extra instead.

I visited Haridwar, Auli, Chopta and Rishikesh. It was a great experience due to punctual and caring service provided by Sanjay Ji and Omprakash bhaiya of HTCRS.
Recently used cab service to chopta tungnath which was very poor. Service provider did not tell about some charges during booking and was asking for extra charges when journey has started. Driver and car arranged by service provider was totally worst. Driver was very unprofessional and was not listening to us. He was driving very rash and dangerously on turn in hilly region and overtaking unnecessarily on turns. Driver asked for payment in between the journey many times which was very disgusting although we had already paid in some advance for fuel and booking. There was a huge communication gap between service provider and driver/owner of car regarding payment and charges. This was the poorest experience with service and driver on this trip. Good services decent and well maintained car. Good and prompt communication. Just a caution though. Make sure to run with minimum of petrol on the last day because I made the mistake of leaving petrol Costing around Rs. 1000 which of course is not refundable... Which is understandable.

For my trip Dehradun-Mussoorie-Haridyar-Nainital-Delhi Very bad experience from NTS. Vehicle provided was not maintained properly. Driver on the vehicle was new to drive car. He was scared of driving in mountains. The driver was driving CNG vehicle for the first time and did not even know that he need to get out of car when CNG is being filled. Had to spend extra money for two days of site seeing in Nainital and pay NTS just for standing car at hotel for two days as driver was scared of driving in mountain.
The experience of booking can service with Nautiyal taxi service has been pathetic. - Booking experience - 0/10 - Response by cab representative post booking the cab - 0/10 - Quality of car - 05/10 - Quality of driver - 00/10 - Overall experience - 00/10 The experience was horrible. Details are as follows:- 1. Driver did not knew the route 2. Fuel in the car got Empty and we got stuck on highway for more than an Hour. 3. The car AC was not even working when we had to wait for a relief during car damaged 4. Driver deputed was continuously eating tobacco inspite on requesting in advance wrt this issue . 5. Felt very unsafe during entire journey because of the foolishness and carelessness of the driver deputed. 6. Everytime when we called the executive for highlighting the issue , he was patching the call to third party which was totally irresponsible behaviour of the booking executive. 7. And finally the irresponsible behaviour of the driver and the executive of Nautiyal taxi services for not even accepting the mistake.

I have used hundreds of taxi services in my life and i have never had to deal with a taxi service as bad as this one. At this point i am convinced that 90% of the reviews for them are fake. I am at a loss of words to begin with how bad they actually are, firstly, the vehicle that we got was in the poorest of conditions, the window switches were broken, the car had only a single headlight, it had a broken air conditioner and a broken rearview mirror, The car smelled of fuel and fungus. Secondly, The driver (Rohan) along with the owner Mr. Girish Nautiyal were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The driver with his questionable driving skills refused to drive slow and continued to drive extremely rash even after several attempts of us asking him to slow down, The driver was constantly on his phone on calls and texting after us giving him the absolute freedom to stop and take the call if it was urgent, upon us making a complaint to the owner (MR. Girish Nautiyal) instead of making any attempts to rectify the situation threatened to strand us at the location we were at so we were left with no other option but to try and reach back home safely. And lastly I am going to add property damage to the list since unfortunately we left behind a pair of expensive sunglasses which were new and in pristine condition which were returned to us broken in half, which could not have happened unless it had been hampered with since they were in a closed hard case.

We were a group of 24 people from Tamil Nadu had booked 2 tempo vans from Avideep Travels for our Uttarakhand trip from Delhi.
