The drivers stay at the place we were staying was not so good, so I offered him that book an alternate stay for him ,which he denied and slept in the car for 3 days . All 3 days when we were at Mysore he was of great help and the trip was extremly enjoyable. Worst service. Had booked the taxi to guruvayur from thrissur and they promised 3 temples along with 4 hrs for 2200rs. As expected, evening darshanam at guruvayur got delayed and could cover only guruvayur. As promised the owner should have take us to the next 3 temples in the morning, but he was money minded and charged 1900 only for this trip. Ended in a clash and settled for 1300 as we didn't want to make the scene worse after Darshanam.

Sulekha coordinated with us and understood every bit of our requirements we were with out baby who is just 1.5 yrs with this much of traveling she made sure the properties were well maintained and guided the best to go ahead. Cibin was a wonderful man made all our to do list fullfill in Kerala. He is aware about all the must visit places and advise you the best places to go for - shopping, food , activities, spa temples...if someone in my known will be visiting Kerala I will definitely refer Kerala taxis to plan the trip. Genuine Company. Booked for 10 of us my whole tour package of 7 nights through this company including travel and stay for all nights. Thanks to this company I was able to select my own destinations, days , route , hotel preferences, vehicle preferences, travel timings and payment terms. The coordinator Mrs Sulekha does a fabulous job at understanding client requirements. The driver provided by the company Mr Hussain Bhai is an amazing person. Ask for him for your trip. He is a gem. He took us wherever we asked and whenever we wanted without any qualms. The vehicle was neat, clean , and maintained with Good cooling. Overall highly recommend for a Kerala tour. Kerala Taxis have a gem amongst their fleet and it’s Dennis John Pinheiro. As it was our first trip to Kerala and we all were excited but just like every North Indian we had our reservations too. The vernacular barriers, taste differences and where to go and where not to. Like everyone else I contacted multiple tour operators and asked for quotes. (Obviously didn’t wanted to be heckled). Sulekha ji was tough to bargain with but she committed that it would be worth it. She got us an Innova Crysta for the 4 of us. And the driver was Mr. Dennis. It sounds like I am writing an advertisement for them but I can’t do injustice to the quality of service I was offered and treated with by not lauding him enough. When travelling to different region one has to be always sensitive towards the surroundings and the sense of insecurity always exists, believe me I was content throughout the programs charted for us, locations we explored and food we ate. Dennis, he took care of everything for us, local fruits, hidden places to visit, temple visits and places to shop at as per the budget, demand. Everything was well curated. He knows his assignment well but what truly made me write this review is that he made us feel Home. Traveled Trivendram, Allepey, Munnar, Madurai and Rameshwaram without any problem, he curated the temple visits perfectly, helped us out with everything we demanded. Against the charges we paid for the package, Kerala Taxi gave us a very good car and a wonderful friend who made us fall in love with the beautiful landscapes of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. When I opted for their service, I raised my concern over language and lack of understanding of the geography and demographics I was told that he is a premium driver and would take care of things. He is a super premium person and he really did take care of us well beyond his duties. Thanks Dennis and Kerala Taxis.
We had booked their services for Kerala tour for eight days. They had provided us with the driver Rafi whose behaviour throughout was very good, always smiling and helpful. He suggested us some good eating veg places and tourist places. The rates were very reasonable and I would certainly recommend them to others as well.
Overall very Good service, we had booked cab for 5 Days and it was and amazing journey, our driver Nasaruddin had a very good knowledge of places and his driving is very safe, he showed us good places for food, shopping and sightseeing. Excellent service for our 6 day trip to a Kerala covering Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Kochi. Got prompt responses on WhatsApp with all information and was able to decide very quickly. Sabins was assigned to us for the trip and we had a very pleasant experience with him. Kochi-Munnar-Kochi With Royara Cabs was nice experience.. Our companion drivers Mr. Ranjith and Mr. Shafeer made our trip flourished. Sight seeing in Munnar with experienced drivers is worth.. They were with us with friendly corporation without any hesitation till returned back at kochi. Eravikulam national park, echo point, kandala farm visit, herbal farm visit, and general sight seeing are good & fresh experience at Munnar.. We Recently travelled kerala for a 5 day trip ... " ARUN " assisted us very well since the pickup he has been guiding us throughout the entire trip.
