This is the worsttt Blue Dart location ever in India. Blue Dart is known for impeccable service however this location is just the opposite. Good Luck if your package is arriving to this location for Final delivery. They will not deliver stating the address is incorrect and won't even give you a call or provide a phone number you can call. No way to contact them and they will just hold your package and make you go there to pick it up which I will never. Hope they close this location. Going to raise a complain with Corporate as well. Take your business somewhere else...!!!

My experience with blue dart is not good at all. 1. They do not provide delivery guy phone number. 2. Their helpline no.does not work. I repeat *it does not work*. 3. Not a single Phone number is working. If you call then the computer keep saying number is not valid. 4. First of all it is difficult to find this small courier office inside khushboo plaza, so kindly refer the name plate on the ground floor of the building. *Office is not organised. *No professional behaviour and business. *They take the courier from anyplace in India but they don't deliver to the address mentioned.(in my case they called me said to pick the delivery from the office else it will be returned back so I had to reach to office to get the courier) *Please ask your sender to first check with the delivery agent if they deliver to address or not else you have to go to office to take courier instead of they deliver to your home. I will not suggest to courier your valuable item from this courier because of their unprofessionalism business service.

My relative has send cancwr medicine and unfortunately parcel was going to come on sunday. We call them one day before that medicine are important to us. He said that he will open on sunday and will give medicine. as dose need to be given ad soon as possible. And on sunday person has not received call. The person is not understanding seriousness of CANCER.

Truly Professional I have used their pro premium service recently for sending my office laptop to Bangalore. The parcel was delivered on time safely. Had a very terrible experience. They did not check the PIN code while taking or dispatching my package. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days, but on the 10th day I got to know that the package was returning back because it was a "NO SERVICE AREA" Not even once they called and informed, I had to follow up consistently. We are at Italva near Luncikui. It's a courier agency 's duty to deliver the parcel at doorstep. Blue dart, Delivery, speed post, Amazon, xpressbees all used to come at our doorstep to deliver but DTDC says we are not delivering in your area. Why? And if so, they should say to the sender that we are not delivering in these areas. Why are they accepting the parcels for which they're not working? The managing staff should do the needful in this matter.
