I've seen may negative reviews about this courier service doesn't have a home delivery service. Its actually true, if we want our product we have to reach here and collect them. The DHL office is located opposite to petrol pump in Pattom very near to St. Mary's School. It is very small office with parking facility for only two wheelers. The staff working here were very attentive and customer friendly. The payment can be done by cash as well as card. The procedure of registration was done very fast and the shipment was delivered the next day as informed by the staff. There was no delay while registering or for delivery. But the only issue you may is with parking if you are travelling by four wheeler. No space at all near by to park your vehicle.
They offered me 18k for 10kg to send to the UK. Others offer less… But good to send the certificate kind of thing. Very responsible even if it's expensive…

I had to send a small package to a town about 90 minutes away. Professional Couriers have many branches in Trivandrum and they have long hours even on a Saturday. The charges were reasonable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I was able to complete the transaction in 5 minutes.

Their kazhakutom branch experience was horrible as they were not reachable over phone and finally i had to use swiggy service to drop the package to one of the prominent flats in trivandrum city. I have purchased a beautiful Buddha wooden statue of 3ft from trivandrum and tried to send to my place at Edmonton,Canada so I approached leading couriers and cargo companies. But all of them denied due to various reasons such as Wood is not possible to send and it needed fumigation certificate and actual weight is over 32kg. But when I approached Ajith he clearly confirmed that wooden statue could be send through courier mode.So he made a wooden box for the statue, packed neatly, provided fumigation certificate and needed paperwork.Then forwarded it through FEDEX company, the company which I already approached but denied due to paperwork issues.Mr. Ajith provided the most competent rate and delivered to my door step within 5 days without any damage.Also from the beginning to the end he personally followed up and updated the status of the courier regularly.
