I had a pleasant experience with them during my all visits. I used to courier things through them mostly when I am in Thrissur. So far they delivered everything on time and without any issues. Most of my stuff were of documents and I haven’t tried any items which needs to be handled carefully(glassware etc).
Excellent service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Had some parcels to send to the UK and everything went smooth. UPI/Card payments accepted. Car parking might be a little tricky but you can park on the pavement if it's free.(only space for one car in front of the store) I do wish they did bubble wrapping for our items. I brought my own bubble wrap to pack it more safely.
The location given on the Google maps might not get you there exactly. But the shop is on the roadside and won't be missed if you manage to get on the M.G. Road. The staff are quite friendly and I got my work done pretty quickly.

I went there seeing their Google review only. These didnt provide me what they had promised by call, because before visiting them I had confirmed everything by the call. There are many other courrier services in Thrissur can pick up the packages at doorstep, even though these guys cannot. I went there and they had no time and seemed no interest to take the boxes. When you call him he say the price and in reality it would be different after billing. This is my experience. Highly don't recommend to anyone.

Responsible Office staff, they provide the same time Airway bill and other Tracking details for Aramex Couriers. Situated on 1 st floor, only stairs are available. No Lifts. Two wheeler Parking available. Car Parking spaces are not provided. But you may park outside building in Mainroad upon your Risk. (Police said, No Parking area there on Mainroad.) It's just opposit to Joy's Palace Hotel.
Got the parcel on expected date but not at all Proffessional and the branch in Changaramkulam , Mr salim he doesn’t even know what is tracking number. Such a growing company like Aramex need to focus on educating their employees.
Worst service, if we book the shipping through online, they willnot come to pick up the shipment. once we visit their office to submit the shipment, they willnot agree with the shipment challan we made through online, they need additional payment. It was a really horrible experience with them; as they told us, it takes 4-5 days, but I got it after 40 days, after continuous follows they stated that courier was in Srilanka and another party told it was stuck in Bahrain. But the actual fact was the product hold in the Ernakulam office. Last day we received the parcel with 5 items are missing. We had charged an additional payment for certain items. Still, they don't care after all this happens. Even they're not answering the calls and not responded to anything in this matter.I would never suggest this to anyone.

Went to the office to speed deliver some documents to Muscat and was totally impressed with quality of service they delivered. They helped me with tracking information and also it was received on the exact date they mentioned. Also the office infrastructure quite good with all safety devices installed and signs displayed. Front office staff was also very courteous and agile in nature.
One document as came for me from canada whn it reached here dhl sd 1200 as to be paid for the customs duty, thy sd 1st as sample product whn i sd it's not sample product, thn sd due to parcel it's has to paid am attaching the courier had received just chk it, u all will come to to knw there cheating, whn enquired for doc there's no custom duty and whn asked there scan result thy can't show also looting like the is very bad, and a reputed company making money like ths is very cheap , whn cked the weight it's lower than 500grms nvr sent any parcel or docs through dhl, go for dtdc or aramex or any othere thy nvr loot n make money from senting peron and receiving person also
