DO NOT USE THEM!! Please do not use them to transport fragile items across states. They're using Gati, who handle items very badly. They broke my Microwave and TV transporting them from Mumbai to Banagalore and there is no recourse from anyone. Very unprofessional behaviour after tha damage was done, I know I cannot get any money back on this, but they can atleast talk politely and admit mistake. I don't know where they get the other ratings from. I got fooled, hope you don't.

Did a decent job, but some negatives that must be highlighted. 1. Reckless handling. Damaged my mandir. Broke glass of a 100 year old lamp. Dropped my 80 year old teakwood bed very causally. I asked them to bubble wrap the cpu of my pc, they ignored my request. Boxes were thrown on ground while moving. Flower pot broken. 2. Their representative came for inspection and gave an estimate. On the day of shifting the same person started complaining we have more stuff than when he visited. Clearly his misjudgement was then used as a way to complain (possibly demand extra)

Generally my experience with Anil Packers and movers was good. I moved from Mumbai to Trivandrum. Only issue was that they didn't have their facility in Trivandrum, so they had to arrange for unpacking and fixing of furniture, there was slight delay in that.
There is no system for claiming damaged items cost or insurance amount. Also time for delivery is more than committed time. Even your staff promised me to reimburse the cost of items which were damaged during the the transportation.
