I am narrating my recent experience with SecureNow Insurance Broker. I have been their customer since 2019 for a Healthcare policy obtained through them. Recently, I reached out to them for support on an issue with an insurance claim submitted to the Insurance company. My experience is summarised below: 1. SecureNow team is tremendously slow in responding - it took them 20 days to address my query. 2. The information available with them was out-dated and useless. Their team did not bother to get the latest update about my claim from the insurance company, when they sent a response to me. 3. Their staff have poor communication skills - their email to me was poorly drafted and they even got my name wrong! 4. SecureNow is least bothered about customer service. When I wrote back to them about their poor levels of support & service, they simply closed by request ticket, without even caring to offer an explanation on email, or calling me to assist with the issue. The utter callous attitude of the SecureNow team indicates that they are just interested in a customer's business to earn a commission and have no interest in offering post-sales support. MY COMMENT TO RESPONSE OFFERED BY SECURENOW: You claim to have represented my case multiple times before the insurance company, however, your team neither contacted me even once to know about the pre-existing illness, nor have I received a copy of your multiple communications to the insurance company. I believe that nothing was done at your end in support of my claim and you have no evidence to support your response. By the way, I followed up vigorously with the insurance company and my claim was successfully settled by the company. This was without any support from you whatsoever.
