Shifted from Mangalore to Thane Booked on 28 Dec 22 and delivered on 5 Jan 23 as promised within time period. The packing guys did a great job neatly packing my house hold things including my bike. No hesitation was done for using packing material, that was the best part. Rates were affordable compared to what I got quotes elsewhere. Bike was also neatly packed although next time i could suggest more packing on the side it will be kept in the truck as a little part of my exhaust cover was scrapped but that was fine.

If they pack or if they don’t it doesn’t matter. It will eventually break. As a packers and movers they need to be careful on how to pack delicate items such as Tv, glasswares etc. But they seem to just casually wrap it around a sponge layered cloth and that’s it. For me it costed 14000rs to fix my tv and it’s still at the service centre. The owner asked me to fix the tv panel and he said he would pay the charges. And once it got fixed he is changing his statements. Why can’t you guys agree your fault and atleast pay the half of it? That’s one thing. And secondly the items which I had sent from mangalore to bangalore it didn’t reach on time and also the executive at the Bangalore post was very rude in the way he spoke. It seemed like he is doing me a favour. One lesson learnt here is don’t go for cheap services. Go for good and professional services it might cost you some bucks. But it is worth it. To everyone who’s reading this review. I have been giving honest feedbacks since many years now and this is one of my worst choice made to choose a packers and movers. Very poor service, one of my friend had put items from mangalore to bangalore and when we received the item the TV was completely shattered( not working). They initally agreed to provide the replacement cost and hence we decided to replace it, now they are saying they wont be paying the replacement and we have to bear the cost. Which is like a scam/fraud, since we would not have replaced the display in the first place. A customer paying 9k rupees for transport of a tv,fridge and a washing machine has incurred a loss of 14k just of the tv screen replacment. There were cheaper options present but we chose this so that it would be delivered safely and now the blame is put on us. Will not be recommending to anyone due to the poor service
Horrible experience. Had booked for pick up on 7th may but guy just didn’t pick up our calls. Waited for 3 hours from our secluded pickup and yet they didn’t have the courtesy to give a call back. After calling them from a different number the guy had the balls to finally answer and guess what they said “we have to cancel since we don’t have labour.” Unprofessional Pathetic service

And I conform the ammount and the person who called he said 18th date is confirmed and we will arrive by 9am. So I called them again on 16th to conform my booking no response from them I called arround 5 Times then he disconnected my call...plese guys be careful.
