If I had a chance to give u zero rating I would love to do tat . Gati is such an irresponsible courier service . I got my bike transported . They even took packing charges too and they just covered my bike with just a rug sack . When my bike was delivered there were so many damages . I contacted the gati manager, hes from ernakulam office . He initially responded nicely and he told tat he enquired the delivery office, confirmed tat the damages were due to mistakes in packing and they will refund the packing amount and can't refund for the damages coz the transportation is not insured . Den its been almost a month now , no refunds and they are not responding properly too . So if you want your goods to be transported ,try some other good courier service with better customer service

Hired Marian packers for moving my house hold items from kochi to Mangalore. 3 member team reached on time, the packing job is so good i was pretty impressed with their professional work, result is that not even a single scratch on any item. All items were wrapped well , numbered and labelled very well so it was really easy to take count at the time of loading and delivery and unpacking. They hired a truck exclusive for my items, well covered vehicle, loading to the vehicle was handled with care, they had placed stickers on all sensitive items to be handled carefully, driver was given clear instructions on delivery location , after loading all items were again checked and packing list was given to me, Delivery at the destination was ahead of the schedule inspite of a local curfew at the destination. Unloading and Unpacking was done by their partner in Mangalore but fully managed by Marian team and every thing went really well inspite of the local curfew which was totally unexpected, their team had to come next day again for unpacking since they had to leave by 6 pm due to curfew. ( Their partners team is not as good as Maria team who came for packing and loading at kochi,) Big salute to Marian packers, very professional and prompt response, on time , excellent packing, reasonable price, overall great experience.

Had to stuff our car to transport the leftover luggage. - after receiving full payment, the sweet-spoken owner changed his tone when raised complaint about his staff. He doesn't take responsibility of the mistake and blames his staff. According to his argument, he is a separate entity and I have to go and talk with his staff if I have complaint. Two boxes were damaged by rats because they were holding my packets in their warehouse unnecessarly for a long time. No insurance, no responsibility. You have to dump your packets to the office, and collect from their office. No pickup and delivery. Better to find some packers and movers instead of this very unprofessional guys. A BIG DISASTER ..................................................................... The Proprietor talked nicely over phone and agreed for a reasonable price . After visiting the site he has told me that the Almirah was not included in the list . Then onwards , he kept on telling that he cannot do the transport for the agreed price . He never gave the final price . After finishing the work he has charged 60 % extra - for running the vehicle for an additional 10 kms. The materials was transported without proper covering ( except washing machine ) . The Almirah which was looking brand new was damaged . The Proprietor didn't even bother to tell us that it was damaged in transit. His assistants are so unprofessional and is clueless about the Jobs to be done . Poor fellows was looking tired since they are not used to this type of works. While shifting - due to careless handling , the walls of my new house got damaged . Also he gave the Advice that it can be cleared by applying Putty ! . Bolt nuts of Cot was misplaced . Didn't assemble the cot properly . Never ever opt for the service of this arrogant person - who is unprofessional to the core . He is capable of spoiling all your valuables . Please don't fall prey to his polite talk over phone . It is a tactic to make us commit . This man is a big Disaster in Packers and Movers Industry of Kochi. Vipin Nair
