Don't ever ship a motorcycle with APS (same applies for all parcel services), since i have my bad experience with APS - Alappuzha. Was shipping my RE Himalayan to Trivandrum as usually I drive and that time i was not home. The guys at (***another service***) told me that they are afraid and is not going to take the responsibility to pack and parcel the bike. When I went to APS, they also told me like some minor bends or scratches (MINOR) can occur due to the very unlikely. And the packing guy was very much sure that nothing is gonna happen as he had himself packed many RE's. So I was also pretty much confident and convinced. Firstly, he told me that it would reach by Monday as I was shipping it on Saturday (2 days) but I received it on Wednesday only (4 days). Well I was OK with that and forgave them. Then after they unpacked my bike at TVM, the left rear view mirror was COMPLETELY SHATTERED to pieces, The right mirror had huge scratches, The rear number plate was bend, The petrol tank had a small dent, and the bottom of the odometer, where the mirror was kept was scratched heavily. I called em and they were like it's my responsibility and they are not at all ready to take any responsibility of their own, not even the packaging. I only complained about the mirror to the manager as the rest I ditched. He also heard me and was like it's not their problem and my responsibility. You could have drove it to TVM and all. Place is always packed because it's an important bus station in town. It's moderately okay and I wouldn't complain much. There's a pay & use washroom, like any Indian washroom, the whole area is wet and full of urine. Waste and debris are scattered around the station and I wish they'd fix all this cos it's an important station n also near the backwaters were tourists from all over come to ride boats or travel to other parts of the state.

The building could fall anytime, the shops near bus stand along the backwaters fleece tourist a lot and seems to be built on encroached land. No proper seating area, Toilets are in very bad condition comparable to worst in the world. Alleppy needs a better bus stand considering the tourist place it is and the revenue it gets from tourism without which this city has nothing to offer.
Located next to the canal side. I think it's better that a boundary wall be erected here as it's a tourist area.

Even after agreeing that the vehicle got damaged from their side they haven’t payback the amount and after a while they won’t pick your calls. We have reached out to Kochi office based on the google reviews and confirmed about the amount to ship our bikes from kochi to mumbai for our Leh ride. It was reasonable and cheap compared to other major logistics company in Kochi. Turned out to be the only benefit we had. We had to wait for Kochi office owner for atleast 30 minutes to see in the office as the office remains closed most of the day time and he is super busy. We delivered the bikes and requested the packing to be well enough so that it reaches the destination safely. He agreed the packing and everything will be fine and the bikes will reach the destination on time. He was right, the bikes reached the destination on time. But whats the use of delivering the bikes on time with damages? I am attaching the pictures of bikes, where one brake lever got broken and there was a dent on the himalayan petrol tank which was a new bike and coated with PPF, which will cost me around 5000 only for PPF and dent repairing charges extra. Also the delivery truck driver forgot to deliver the mirrors of one bike and it took a day extra to deliver the same. I have informed about the damages to Kochi office owner and he is not ready to provide atleast a sorry for all these. Though I dont want to write the above review, I have been forced to. Because I was reaching out to owner again to ship from chadigarh to Kochi since I dont have time to search for another provider again and he said he will let me know the rate soon. Even after several followups he didn't revert. I searched for the Garuda logistics in chadigarh and found a branch there in Zirakpur, contacted them and the service was excellent I would say. They gave a good rate, packed the vehicles in front of us with extra thermocols and bubble covers. Only thing they did was they partnered with Safe Express and delivered the bikes to Kochi. The bikes reached cochin without any further scratches or damages. The chandigarh garuda officials were extremely polite and responsive during the followups. i have transferred my bike using this transport service.the docket was booked from kochi to anand, gujarat.In the mid way of transit i came to know that docket was sent through 'Gati' which is another transport company in kochi.They said it will be home delivered but when the docket reached anand gati office the delivery boy insisted me to pick up it from the office.I went there then the delivery boy told me to sign without seeing the bike and he also refused to remove the package.The bike was kept inside a building I struggled alot to get my bike outside because it was a enfield its heavy.The bike was packed well and there is no damage.

Not recommended for household booking. My packets are reached Delhi from Kerala in 45 days. Packets were handled by very unprofessional manner. Lots of items damaged and missing in the transist. Two boxes were damaged by rats because they were holding my packets in their warehouse unnecessarly for a long time. No insurance, no responsibility. You have to dump your packets to the office, and collect from their office. No pickup and delivery. Better to find some packers and movers instead of this very unprofessional guys. Worst parcel service in kerala. Twice the parcel were delivered in other locations and when finally received to given address it took almost 3 weeks. 10 days just for just a parcel to be delivered 18km by road.
