DON'T CALL THEM EVER MISTAKENLY TO SERVICE YOUR ANY HOME APPLIANCE FROM THEM. I CALLED THEM TO SERVICE MY HITACHI WINDOW AC BY TRUSTING REVIEWS OF THEIR GOOGLE BUSINESS LISTING AND THEIR TECHNICIAN DAMAGED THE PCB UNIT OF MY WINDOW AC WHILE WASHING IT AS THE WATER WENT INSIDE THE PCB BECAUSE THEIR TECHNICIAN DIDN'T COVERED THE PCB UNIT PROPERLY BEFORE WASHING THE AC AND AFTER THAT WHEN HE TURNED ON THE AC THEN AC STARTED TRIPPING CONTINUOUSLY AND FINALLY IT TURNED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AND WHEN THEIR TECHNICIAN CHECKED THE PCB IT WAS COMPLETELY BURNT BECAUSE OF THE WATER THAT WENT INSIDE THE PCB UNIT. AND NOW I HAD TO PAY ₹1500 TO REPAIR THE PCB UNIT PLUS THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ₹400 SERVICE CHARGE THAT THEY HAD TAKEN FROM ME AFTER DAMAGING & BURNING THE PCB UNIT OF MY WINDOW AC.

The worst experience one can have because initially they say that they will do the cleaning with waterjet and chemical both in ₹500 but when their technician come at the place and start doing the work, in the middle of the work. They say that we don’t do the chemical treatment in this cost for that you have to give us ₹ 300 more and when we try to contact the company, they were very aggressive and abusive. They also don’t have any registered office or anything, and when I try to get the information from the technician, they refused and said me that they got the service call online. So would never recommend them to anyone.

Not very happy with the service. Got them due to reviews. Paid whatever technician asked but he did kacha pakka work. Copper wires were 50% covered with insulation, saw later that did temporary job on power point by inserting wires directly without plug, multiple joints in the copper tube inspite of paying full amount which leaked during installation check. I am sure it will again burst in coming days. Wasted 6.5k.
