The mechanic did not open the frame and just completed the formalities. How one can clean indoor unit without opening frame. He charged for refilling of gas as cooling was less but now from second day the cooling is zero. When we called the mechanic on his number he is saying that we have to pay Rs 350/- per visit to him if he visits again to see the issue. This is just loot.

Called them to repair my AC. It was a horrible experience. First the person told me that somebody will visit my place at 3pm. I asked for an earlier visit and was told that the visit will happen by 2.15pm. Nobody came and when I called to enquire at 2.30pm, was given an assurance of arival within 15-20 minutes. Again no one came even in an hour. Then someone called me 9 times from 3.45pm which I couldn't pickup and when I called back after 10 minutee, the person complained and said that he had left. He said he will come after 30 minutes. Guess what, he didn't come and when I called after 45 minutes he was still in office. Total lack of professionalism. I declined the service. Give them business if you are comfortable with delay in service. I don't know how so many people have given them a review of fast service.

in Customer Service Easy A/C installed our system around 10 years ago. That system failed (we lost a coil) and needed replacement (right in the middle of Hurricane Irma). First of all, it's astounding customer service that Machelle (in the office) had the foresight and willingness to have the phones transferred to her in another state, since she had evacuated for the impending storm. Not only did she take my call, but she was quite pleasant and ready to help, despite her situation! Secondly, as any home-owner should do, we researched multiple companies, getting several quotes for new systems, in various sizes, brands and efficiency ratings. The Easy A/C service tech, Scott, who has been to our home multiple times, was nice enough to fence my many phones calls and questions, helping me feel more at ease about spending such a large sum of money. He was (and has always been) down-to-earth, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him. Ultimately, of course, we chose to purchase the new unit from Easy A/C. Not necessarily the lowest price, but reasonable and with the best customer service and warranty options. Lastly, but certainly not least, the installation techs, Juan T. and David Hood. They were courteous and friendly (they kept calling me "Sir" though I am only in my early-30s). They were also knowledgeable and again, answered my many pestering questions (sorry, guys!) all with a smile and a "happy-to-oblige" attitude. They explained the system to me and how to take care of it between maintenance visits. They explained what they were doing and why. And on top of it all, they left my house exactly as it was... clean. Thanks guys, for bringing the cool back to our home! If you need A/C service or installation, I'd absolutely recommend Easy A/C. They really do make it easy!
