Completely and utterly disgusting service by these fraudsters. They are basically criminals in my opinion. They ruined our AC completely, which was in perfect working condition on their arrival. One of them misbehaved with me while I was holding my small baby, using abusive language. They also duped us of money. They have a few inefficient and rude fellows working for them, namely Suresh and Achu, who paid a visit to us when we contacted Haier Customer Care in order to get a regular service and clean-up done. They claimed that they are from Haier and did not say a word about "Myhomey". We paid Rs 1,200 for the initial "wet cleaning" at around 1pm, because Suresh said the AC looks as if it's never been serviced before (it was. We have got a service done 3 times in the past 2 years). I G-payed the amount to Suresh. He told us not to turn on the AC till night-time and left. We tried turning it on at 8pm and it did not even switch on. It was completely gone. We called him and asked whether he's actually from Haier l, he assured us that yes he is. He asked us to turn it on again at 11pm. We tried that again and it still wasn't working. Next day Suresh and Achu came and Suresh started accusing us of having turned on the AC before night-time or because we didn't service it often enough. We said the damage may have been caused by the wet cleaning or some mistake by them. He told us the "board" is completely dry and there is no way water could have entered. I insisted that the AC was working fine till they cleaned it. Suresh insisted that the board needs to be sent to Palakkad for repair and it would take a week and more money. We were astounded as what wecalled them for was a simple cleaning job. At this point Suresh started acting really weird towards me, saying I don't know anything and started saying he's seen many girls like me etc. His behaviour was scary and disgusting, and all this while I was holding my small baby in my arms. He started running off with the 'board' without giving his name or providing us with a bill. Thankfully, I managed to keep the board with myself. We complained to their senior, Shiyaz, who was not rude but also not helpful. Achu returned the next day and took the board to send it to Palakkad. For 6 days my small baby and I suffered in a hot stuffy room. The board was returned to us a week later after repeated calls, and though we expressly stated that we do not want those guys to return, they sent Achu again with another guy. This time they said the problem is with the motor and not the board. They took an additional Rs 2,600 from us this time for the motor. This too came with NO BILLS. Achu "fixed" the AC and demanded Rs 600 more, saying there is no guarantee otherwise. We refused and after talking to Shiyaz,it was agreed that we won't pay rs 600. Then the AC started making this terrible loud sound like a bullet bike or a large industrial machine. It also wasn't cooling well at all. Even at 18 degrees I was sweating. Then my baby picked up one screw from the ground left behind by Achu during his shoddy operation. We called Shiyaz again and requested for the service. As usual, he promised 'first thing tomorrow', and no response after that. It's been over two weeks, we call Shiyaz every once in a while to threaten action in consumer court but still no response. They ruined our AC. They didn't provide any receipts. They duped us and are now ignoring us. Call these people to your home if you want to ruin your peace.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this repair service agency. I reached out to them on 08 Jan 2024 for my washing machine repair, and they assigned me Mr. Dilesh, who came on 09.01.2024. He spent two hours examining the machine and claimed there was an issue with the board, which he took with him.I had to take a half day leave for this nonsense. Despite numerous follow-up calls, there was no update until 14th. When pressed for information, he suddenly shifted focus to the motor and wiring, claiming there were additional problems. He quoted a repair cost of around Rs 6500 for the motor and board and told me there is 2 weeks waiting period for ordering new mortor.But the board had no issues.Frustrated, I decided to replace the washing machine instead and asked him to leave. Then suddenly he called his company,and he told me he will get these in 3 days and took the motor and board with him.This was his idea to make me unable to get any other service person.For this mockery i had to take a days leave again.Later, I discovered there was a 10-year warranty on the machine, which Mr. Dilesh failed to inform me about. After promising a motor replacement within three days, there was no communication whatsoever. I asked him to return the components he had taken. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. On 20th he came and refitted what he had taken.Later I called the original WM company they came and replaced the motor for free. I lost my time,money (service Charge)and energy for this idiotic service. They are not here to help you but only to help themselves.Just crosscheck whatever they suggest if you fall in there trap.
