I call them to do repair of my refrigerator, the person arrived on first day and repair my fridge but problem of gas leakage isn't solved. They charge me Rs 1100 for same, which is reasonable price since I've talked to others who are charging money of Rs 1200 to Rs 1500. Then I call for second day for same problem, the one extra person along with person whom I call for repair also came. That person just do some work but still can't able to solve problem. Then for third day another person along with person whom I called for repair came, the other person told me that there is leakage inside fridge and need to repair it. To that I need to give Rs 850 and extra money of gas filling again. To which I talk and agreed that I won't give them money of filling again gas and person agreed. Now how can I trust their work if they can't able to identify problem for first time. I must say that though they're good for AC repair but not for fridge repair. Please call some other person for the same.

Worst service My AC was working fine I just booked appointment for a regular cleaning and service from them Technician said that you need to refill gas into it We told him that AC is working fine for last 1 year and asked him to check gas pressure on outdoor unit , he did and said maybe it's because of the cooling coils We asked him to not do the service he charged 150 for the visit Now when I called another service guy he showed me that hinge on the outdoor which he (guy from ustaad ) previously checked is loose and gas is leaking from that end Yesterday AC was cooling on even 24-25, after this incident it's not even cooling efficiently on 16 Be aware of it

Worst service ,first they committed to come and then backed off . All of the things which they have mentioned is false and they are again and again calling me to remove the rating and also threatening me . I was ready to give them the service charges which they agreed to come on Sunday morning but later they even didn't pick up the call . The owner said that they have relations with influential political persons and they are threatening me to remove the ratings. But the rating is genuine and pls boold cautiously.

After few minutes they found the problem and explained that the AC is not working properly because of mishandling by other mechanics, then told the amount. Which was much lesser than one urban pro person told. They set right my AC which was spoiled by earlier 2 - 3 mechanics. A C now working fine. Hope it will work.
Full fraud hai. he said will send servicemen in the evening but around 4 he received call, heard everything then disconnected the call. when he was supposed to come at 7.30, he stopped answering my calls n disconnected the call continuously. very unprofessional, fraud. do not recommend this service person at all.

I booked them for AC servicing after watching online reviews. They are very professional. Although I was a bit disappointed that they had not arrived earlier in the morning. But it was my mistake that I did not take commitment from them to arrive earlier in the morning. But still they did a perfect job.

Nazim Malik came to fill gas and perform ac service for my 1 ton voltas window AC. though I didn't get any discounts. I did notice their work was amazing and their efforts were quite visible. My ac chills at 30° now where as I used to feel comfortable at 27° before definitely will call him for further work. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided. Initially they promised three free service along with the first service ,which built my trust. Once they had completed the second service. They stopped responding .
They cheat you and make their income 3x more. They asked me that Cooper wire needs to be changed and they charged 3100 for Cooper wire for 3 meter. I was having no idea of the cost and i was robbed. Not at all recommend. The owner of the shop is so arrogant that he was abusing and didnot return the extra amount they made. Worst experience, i pray to God for not letting his business run adequately in future.
They are fraud. They made leakage of gas deliberately during installation of split AC. After that they asked us if we want to refill the gas by paying charges for the gas filling. They told us that there was no gas when they uninstalled ac but our ac was working properly till last night. Technician also asked many times for the gas filling as he knew that we will pay for the extra charges.

This is personal recommendations to hire Authorized Companies service provider for quality work and spare parts. Exceptional you will get low cost service provider but majority will not.
He increased complications instead of resolving them with our Bosch washing machine. He stuck additional bolts on the body of the machine and kept saying this is how it’s done. He is not bothered about the repair work or if the machine works in the end. He will take money but give no guarantee if the machine would work or not. On day one, even after taking 3000 in advance he did not resolve the problem and pocketed 900 rupees without refunding the extra money paid. The matter dragged for over a week. He would say he will finish the work the next day and won’t show up after that. He took a part of our machine and showed after two days asking for more money for the replacement. Extremely lackadaisical attitude towards work. He broke our trust and left the machine in worse condition than when he started the repair work.
