Their services are great. Irrespective of what brand AC you have they service. They come fully equipped with all spares and tools. Some mechanics will make you run around shops to bring material about two to three times but these people are not the same. They have almost everything required in their car. We availed their service in fixing water pump to our air cooler about a week back. He did a decent job but charges were exorbitant. For replacement motor of 18W he has placed one manufactured in 2019. Also he charged Rs. 850 for the motor whereas best of the best Crompton Greaves motor is available at Rs. 600. Additional he charged Rs. 250 as service charge. Not very happy happy with this. You cannot take customers for ride. Need fair practice.

I wanted the AC to be installed at my mom’s house urgently as it was extremely hot and my mom is an old woman. I called up KMC and they obliged my request and installed it within few hrs!! And that too late at night! We also needed an electrian and KMC took care of that as well and bought an electrician the very next day . KMC also provided provided regular updates.
