They overcharge you much, they think that customer is not aware of cost of AC gas prices and other things. They charged me twice for the same services process in less than 30 days as they didn’t checked the gas leakage properly in the first time of the service. Poorest service. Technician they send is highly adamant and misguide customers. Technician didn't take 10 minutes to service the split AC and not more than 5 minutes to fill the gas. They simply do the formality nothing else, they make unwanted pressure to get the payment. They insist to make payment either cash or on their personal QR code. Service level is poorest. I suggest never to opt for Tokiso.
My oven stopped working and I contacted Tokiso. Their technician was prompt, polite, and skilled. The repair was done quickly, and the oven has been working perfectly since. The service cost was fair, highly recommend them for oven repairs.
Requested their service for washing machine repair. Technician contacted next morning to confirm the appointment and address and then arrived at the location as per agreed time. Replaced the faulty part and machine started working as expected. Reasonable charges and professional attitude by the technician. I would recommend their repair services.
Lot of hidden cost. Quote less cost then ask double cost after serviceing. If you ask for any thing. They will charge for the service and will ask visiting charge. No proper service. Don't have proper equipments. Fully dissatisfied. Will never recommend to any one.

Dealt with them a few weeks ago. It was a pathetic experience. Poor way of handling logistics. They promise to deliver in 2 days instead they take 1 week. They assured free delivery but guess they are so moneyless, that they had to trick me into paying for the courier as well. On top of all this, when asked for reason, the partner Mr Akshay who sounds like an arrogant and highly egoistic person, says ‘dont beg for such an amount’. I have never seen even a small grocery store using such words to its walk-ins. Its the ethics not the money, but surely the partners dont seem to have any clue about the word ethics. By looking at such poor way of handling clients it seems they can go to any limit to cheat the customers for the money. Not recommended at all.
