Worst Service! Don’t go with them. I got AC gas topup with them. Within few days i got poor cooling with icing issues. Been calling them for weeks. No response to calls and texts. When i got it checked by other technician, i got to know they used poor AC gas which clogged capillary tube and condenser. Now am spending a lot of money because of them.
Worst service...cheating..very costly. Will do half work and leave.Will not respond properly and say that is not their job. Water was dripping after their service and they claim its the local bad service. And and the worst part is they akways push the problem on to plumbers, electricians etc..INDECENT behaviour. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Couple of weeks ago we had an issue with one of our AC unit and reached out to the company. Technicians from the company recommended and changed coil of the unit siting its damage (The repair cost is almost 1/3 of brand new 5 star AC model in the market. I would have opted to buy a new one instead of getting it repaired). The repaired unit is functional for just 1 week, and then started to notice issues with it. Immediately reached out to the company and there begins the worst part. Technicians arrived, but only after several phone calls and making us wait for days. We heard a blast while technicians working on the unit. When enquired about the blast they informed us compressor of the unit has blasted while they were working on it and just left!!! They didn’t even bothered to put the parts together (check attached pics). Leaving me in the impression that they ruined something and trying to escape out of it. Such a bad experience!!

The original name for this service is Phoenix ac service. I had the worst experience with them. They charge a hefty amount of 4500rs to replace the coolant oil. When I checked afterwards out side, I came to know that it won't cost more than 2.5k. Just after changing the coolant, it worked fine but the problem repeated after 7 days. So they again came and repaired it was working fine fine for some more days. Now after 2 months, the same problem repeated again. No cooling nothing. Now that the warranty for coolant is over, I can't call them too. So, if you want to get ripped off high charges and low quality service, I suggest to with them. Edit: I am infact a genuine customer - revisit your records in the last three more months for coolant liquid change. Do you think I have no other work but to give a bad review to you? Do you really think I would call you again after I have been charged such high amount and not delivered quality service?

I have hired them and feel the quality of service is sub-standard. 1. Not taking-off indoor unit frame to clean (unless i insist) 2. Spoiled the display sensor for carrier 1 ton A/C 3. Leaving dusty patches on outdoor unit(i had to inspect and insist to clean) 4. Unable to reset error code on 1.5 ton carrier A/C 5. Only one person will attend for servicing. I need to give helper hand 6. He does not bother to remove any dust on the indoor unit coil with brush despite sticky mud patches Overall, i feel the service almost equals to pouring water on indoor /outdoor units. I feel, the money i paid does not serve its purpose. I do not recommend them.
