Purchased 2 Wet Service and 2 dry service but In a year, They serviced only 2 dry service.. After my request.. they done 1 wet service.. During AC repairing, They handled outdoor unit in unprofessional way. Now, Out door unit cover are not in good shape. Second, For water leakage, All engineers are blaming consile piping. But Same piping can pass one bucket water without any problem. All technician tried to fool me with various nonsense reasons.

My experience with Kept Ac Service was profoundly disappointing and concerning. The cleaning service they provided was subpar, leaving substantial amounts of dirt and debris untouched. The technician dispatched lacked essential knowledge and appeared unfamiliar with basic AC components, raising doubts about their qualifications. Within a week of their service, all of my AC units began leaking water from indoors, indicating significant issues likely exacerbated by their intervention. Despite attempting to contact them regarding these new problems, I received no response, leaving me stranded with malfunctioning appliances and no resolution in sight. I strongly advise against engaging Kelt, as their ineffective service not only failed to meet basic standards but also posed a risk of further damage to my appliances and property.
Short Points: 1. Tecnicians don't have experience they damage working system. 2. Kelt is looting people by charging 1500rs for part which cost 684rs in OEM company itself. Full Review: My Ac was cooling properly before service but after servicing it stopped cooling, after complaining for 5 days they came on 6th day to check my ac again. Their tecnician told me that ac's capacitor needs replacement and asked 1500rs for capacitor change, i called godrej authorised service center they told me OEM godrej capacitor is 684rs including GST, i got that oem capacitor and fitted from another ac repair guy who charged me only 200rs labour, Kelt is looting us by charging lots of hiegher amount for parts and most imp they don't give any respect to customer after they get money from customer in their hands.

really great (NOT) services, they were very persistent to solve gas leakage issues the was damaged at stage of installation by another organisation. Very perisitent to get a review, on the same day as work was carried out, once I wrote the review the aircon started giving problems again and no response to sort it or even reply to messages. So I’ve changed my review from 5* to 1* Insulting another organisation when your work is not thoroughly followed through, is not a great business sense. Thank you ????????

Installation cost 1000 is excellent but they charge 250 extra for water pipe which cost is 70 to 100 inr and they put my table outside did not put inside my house and tell to give 5 star ratting because they charge 250 for water pipe and put table outside so 3 star otherwise 5 star and everything is good
They provide services in Anand , Nadiad, vadodara. It is equal to what Urban company offers. They have very clean and hygienic approach in AC service, also resolved other technical issues. They use all the equipments like jet spray and cleans the interior at deeper level. They also use Foam based cleaning material. I strongly recommend it to everyone in Tier 2 cities like Anand and Nadiad where UC is not there . They are also very friendly in dealing. Thank you Prime AC service .
